Accuracy of Content

Lanson Running has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and all products have been fairly described. Orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website.

By placing an order you accept that the picture and description of the items contained within this website may differ from the actual product but you maintain your right to cancel your order within 7 days if you are not totally happy. Packaging, if shown, may also vary from that shown.

Although we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of products that appear on the website, the settings on your computer monitor may distort the colours you see from the actual colours of the product itself.

To the extent permitted by law, Lanson Running disclaims all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained on this website. Lanson Running shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use (or misuse) of any of the information contained on this website.

All prices displayed are inclusive of VAT and sales taxes, where applicable.

Price Matching

If you find the price of your goods cheaper in the first week after purchase, we can refund the difference in the form of store credit to be spent on our website. The price must be on a competitor’s own website, for delivery from within the UK and the price quoted must be in British Pounds. The competitor website must have the exact same make, model, size and colour in stock for immediate delivery and the price must only be their normal selling price. We will not match a price in a period of promotional activity, a sale price or a price gained through the use of a promo code. Third party listings e.g. Amazon or Play, and auction websites e.g. eBay are explicitly excluded. Claims for this must be made by email and must include details of your order and a working link to the product page on the competitor website.

Acceptance of your Order

Our acceptance of your order will take place upon despatch of the item(s) ordered. We reserve the right to cancel any order up to this time and refund any monies paid.

Customer Ordering Errors

You are responsible for the accuracy of your order and address details. You may be able to correct errors or change an order before it is despatched but at the sole discretion of Lanson Running. Dependent upon the nature of the change you would like to make, you may find there are changes to the delivery timescale and the price you pay for the item. We do not accept any responsibility for undelivered orders where the address provided was incomplete or incorrect.

General Delivery

Delivery charges and times will vary dependent upon the value of your order and the geographic location of the delivery address. Accurate delivery times and charges will be published on the website at all times and will be known to you when making a purchase. Any quoted guaranteed delivery services reflect the normal service expectations but delays will sometimes occur for which we accept no responsibility. You maintain your right to cancel your order at anytime and receive a full refund.

Deliveries Not Received

We will investigate any claims for non-delivery in the UK after 7 days, and after 14 days in all other cases. After such time we will issue a claim form and on receipt of a signed claim form we will issue you with a replacement order or refund, whichever is requested. Claims for non-delivery must be made within 28 days of despatch.

Our acceptance of your order will take place upon despatch of the item(s) ordered. We reserve the right to cancel any order up to this time and refund any monies paid.

Faulty Items / Incorrect Delivery

If an item is faulty on receipt, or different from the one you ordered please advise us by email. We will then request that you post the goods back to us using our Freepost address at no cost to yourself. Once we have received the goods back we will despatch a replacement or issue a refund, whichever is requested. All products must be returned unused, in a saleable condition, in its original packaging with all labels etc still attached.

If a product develops a fault within the first 3 months of use, subject to fair wear and tear, it will normally be eligible to be repaired or replaced. If a product develops a fault that is covered under a manufacturer’s warranty the product can also be returned to us for repair or replacement. Any faults that occur after 6 months (to products not covered by warranty) are deemed to be caused by fair wear and tear and will not be accepted for repair or replacement regardless of their condition.

If you live outside of the UK we will reimburse return postage goods on receipt of the faulty goods and a receipt showing the costs of the return postage. This is subject to our approval of the chosen carrier and refunds will not be paid if you do not get our consent prior to sending. We will send a repaired or replacement product free of charge. The original postage costs will not be refunded in any circumstance.

Returns Policy

If you wish to return an item for a refund you must do so within 1 month after receiving your order. All items must be in ‘as new’, saleable condition with all original labels and packaging. Refunds will not be processed until we have received the items back into stock.

A return for exchange or store credit can be processed at any time. However, after 1 month the value of any returned item will be set at the lower of the current selling price or the price you paid. If the item is no longer for sale the current selling price is deemed to be zero. All items must be in ‘as new’, saleable condition with all original labels and packaging.

There is no charge for the first exchange but a standard £5 charge will be deducted from any refund if an item is returned after the second delivery. Any further returns or exchanges will be processed at the expense of the customer.

By using our Freepost returns service you agree that any small order charge or delivery charge will be kept by us and any refund or credit issued will be for the value of goods only. If you choose to the return the goods at your own expense you will be refunded or issued store credit for the total applicable value of goods plus small order or delivery charge.

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on underwear where there is evidence the garment has been tried on.

Running shoes can be returned within 14 days under the ‘Run Better’ promotion on completion of the relevant claim form. Claim forms will be issued on request at any time within 14 days after receiving your order. All shoes must be identical to those purchased, be returned in the original box and show only fair wear and tear. Only 1 claim is permitted per household. An exchange is offered free of charge but that shoe cannot be returned for any reason. Refunds will be processed less a £15 administration fee.

Law and Jurisdiction
