If the order has already been despatched then there is nothing else we can do and should the order become lost in the post, this is the sole responsibility of the buyer / customer.
Security
All transactions are made over a secure dedicated server, using the latest encryption technology, to ensure the security of your credit card details.
When making purchases using our own secure checkout (provided by Secure Hosting) or using Google Checkout, you may be asked to supply certain personal information, including credit card details. You agree that all information you provide will be accurate and complete.
All methods of payment, including credit cards are processed when you place your order. We do not offer credit to any customer but you should contact us if you wish to use an alternative payment method.
General Delivery
All standard orders are eligible for free delivery within the UK. Orders with a value greater than £60 net of all discounts, and with a delivery address within the UK mainland, will be sent using a next day courier service. All other orders will be sent for delivery with the Royal Mail or another courier at the sole discretion of Lanson Running. Delivery times are estimated to take between 1-2 working days for most orders.
However, this is the responsibility of our delivery providers and we cannot be held accountable for short delays once the order has been despatched. There can be delays at Christmas due to the volume of mail processed by Royal Mail.
Orders placed before 3pm are expected to get processed on the same day working day. Orders placed after 3pm will be processed and despatched on the following working day. In either case the stock may not be immediately available but an accurate delivery time will be found on your order confirmation email.
Some orders will incur delivery charges due to their weight but postage charges are clearly displayed when this is applicable.
Occasionally, delivery of your order may be delayed or postponed due to a variety of unexpected circumstances. We will make every effort to keep you informed and discuss revised delivery timescales.
Deliveries Not Received
We cannot investigate any claims for non-delivery until 14 days have passed from the date of despatch. However, all claims for orders lost in transit must be made within 28 days of the date of despatch else it is assumed that the order was received and accepted.
If an order is not received within 14 days of despatch then an Undelivered Orders Claim Form will be sent and the customer must sign and return this document. On receipt of this signed claim form a replacement order or refund will be processed. Claim forms received more than 28 days from the date of issue cannot be processed.
We reserve the right to charge a standard charge for redelivery if the first delivery fails and in the case of exchanges. This cost will be made clear at the time of the redelivery.
International Delivery We are able to deliver worldwide but additional charges will apply for orders outside of the UK. These are in addition to any 'Postage' charges that may be applicable on some products. The charge will be calculated and added to your order at Checkout once you have inserted your delivery address. In most cases the cost will be the Standard International Delivery charge of £15 although the charge is higher for countries without a reliable local postal service.
We cannot investigate any claims for non-delivery of international orders until 20 business days have passed from the date of despatch. However, all claims for orders lost in transit must be made within 28 days of the date of despatch else it is assumed that the order was received and accepted.
If an international order is not received within 20 business days of despatch then an Undelivered Orders Claim Form will be sent and the customer must sign and return this document. On receipt of this signed claim form a replacement order or refund will be processed. Claim forms received more than 28 days from the date of issue cannot be processed.
Next Day Delivery
For next working day guaranteed delivery please
contact us as soon as possible to check if this is possible based upon the products you wish to order and the delivery address. Typically this can be arranged up to around 4pm on the day of despatch.
Charges incurred for guaranteed next day delivery will vary depending on the type of products ordered, the time frame for delivery you require and geographic location for delivery.
These delivery charges cannot be refunded. Guarantees are based upon third party delivery services and Lanson Running cannot be held responsible for failure to deliver within the expected time frame.
Acceptance of Your Order
Our acceptance of your order will take place upon despatch of the item(s) ordered. We reserve the right to cancel any order up to this time and refund any monies paid.
Incorrect Delivery / Faulty items
If an item is faulty or different from the one you ordered please advise us by
email. We will then request that you post the goods back to us using our Freepost address at no cost to yourself. Once we have received the goods we will despatch a replacement or issue a refund, whichever is requested.
NB: If a product develops a fault whilst in use when under warranty or within a reasonable amount of time / wear, then it can only be repaired or replaced and not refunded.
In the case that the incorrect product was despatched as part of your order this product must be returned unused, in a saleable condition, in its original packaging with all labels etc still attached.
Returns Policy
If you wish to return any item(s) from your order for refund or exchange you must notify us by
email within 7 days of receiving your order. We will then check your order and send further information about processing a return on email.
Once you have received our acceptance of the return you must then send anything back to us within 7 days. If you do not notify us within 7 days of receiving your order or fail to return anything back to us within the next 7 days then we may not be able to process a return.
All items must be in a reasonable, saleable condition and a full refund less any delivery charges will be processed as soon as possible, normally on the same day. Refunds will not be processed until we have received the items back into stock.
We offer free delivery on the first exchange unless there are associated delivery charges due to the weight or value of the orders. This only applies for delivery within the UK. If you return anything after the first exchange you must do so at your own expense else there will be £5 charge applicable.
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on underwear where there is evidence the garment has been tried on.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
International Returns
Our returns policy for international orders is the same as per the UK with the following minor exceptions. Firstly, a re-delivery charge will apply for all returns that require an exchange. And secondly we are unable to offer a free returns service for international customers. This means that the customer will be responsible for the cost of sending anything back to us.
Recycling Electrical Goods and WEEE Regulations
When purchasing new electrical and electronic equipment you are no longer permitted to dispose of your previous / old model in a your normal rubbish. You are required to recycle these products and all new electrical and electronic goods now carry a ‘crossed out wheeled bin’ symbol (as shown above) to help identify which products are recyclable, or should be considered for repair or reuse.
As such, we provide a recycling option for customers buying electrical / electronic goods on a 'like for like basis'. This service is FREE but the customer is responsible for all return postage costs and you must send any items to us for recycling within 28 days of your purchase. We will then log all items returned to be recycled and dispose of them correctly. *
After delivery services If you have any questions or issues with your purchase please fell free to
contact us. We will endeavour to respond to your request in a timely manner.

* Please find more information about the recycling of electrical / electronic goods below:
Since 1 July 2007, the UK’s Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Regulations allow members of the public to deposit old electrical and electronic items at recycling sites across the UK, free of charge.
The public dispose of over 1.2 million tonnes of waste every year in the UK, and landfill sites are now reaching full capacity. Electrical and Electronic Equipment is one of the fastest growing waste streams in the UK, increasing by at least 5% each year.
The WEEE regulations aim to reduce the quantity of electrical and electronic items disposed of in this way, and encourage everyone to play a part in protecting our environment for future generations.
In order to find your nearest recycling sites for waste electrical and electronic products, contact your local council, or visit www.recycle-more.co.uk and type your postcode into the recycling bank locator.
