Unless otherwise stated, all rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by or licensed to Lanson Running for reproduction on this site. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing, in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited. You may not modify, distribute or re-post something on this website for any purpose.

Lanson Running has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and all products have been fairly described.

However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website.

All prices displayed are inclusive of VAT.

Packaging, if shown, may vary from that shown.

Although we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of products that appear on the website, the settings on your computer monitor may distort the colours you see from the actual colours of the product itself.

To the extent permitted by law, Lanson Running disclaims all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained on this website. Lanson Running shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use (or misuse) of any of the information contained on this website.

Lanson Running makes every effort to ensure that this website is free from viruses or defects. However, we cannot guarantee that your use of this website or any websites accessible through it won't cause damage to your computer.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the right equipment is available to use the website and screen out anything that may damage it. Lanson Running shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise to computer equipment as a result of using this website.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account and any activities that occur under your account. Lanson Running shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure by you to protect your password or account.

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available by contacting you by e-mail or by telephone.

Any indication of stock levels are not guaranteed and may not be accurate at the time of purchase. We will endeavour to ensure any indicated stock levels are kept up to date but there may be times when this is not the case.

In the case of an item not being available you will be offered the chance to amend the order to other items sold on the website.

You are able to correct ordering errors up to the point when you confirm the order. It is possible to correct an ordering error after payment has been made but only at the sole discretion of Lanson Running and not if the item(s) have already been despatched.

 

Lanson Running cannot be held responsible for any errors or mistakes in the delivery address you provide. If you spot an error atfer your order is complete then please email us and we will change the address, if the order has not been despatched. If the order has already been despatched then there is nothing else we can do and should the order become lost in the post, this is the sole responsibility of the buyer. 

All transactions are made over a secure dedicated server, using the latest encryption technology, to ensure the security of your credit card details.

When making purchases via SecPay, PayPal, Google Checkout or any other service through this website, you may be asked to supply certain personal information, including credit card or other payment mechanisms. You agree that all information you provide will be accurate and complete.

All methods of payment, including credit cards are processed when you place your order. We do not offer credit to any customer but you should contact us if you wish to use an alternative payment method.

The majority of orders are eligble for free delivery within the UK mainland. This service will be provided by Royal Mail or another courier at the sole discretion of Lanson Running. Delivery times are estimated to take between 1-4 working days although this is the responsibility of our delivery providers and we cannot be held responsible for delays.

 

Orders placed before 3pm are expected to get processed on the same day working day and despatched shortly afterwards. Orders placed after 3pm will be processed and despatched on the following working day. 

If after repeated unsuccessful attempts to delivery your order to the given address it is returned back to us we will have to charge for redelivery. For delivery to any location outside of the UK mainland please contact us to discuss delivery costs.

 

For next day gauranteed delivery please contact us, any such request must be made before 12pm.

 

Charges incurred for delivery to outside of UK mainland and for guaranteed next day delivery will vary depending on the type of products ordered, the timeframe for delivery you require and geographic location for delivery. These delivery charges cannot be refunded.

 

Some orders will incur delivery charges due to their weight but postage charges are clearly displayed when this is applicable.

Occasionally, delivery of your order may be delayed or postponed due to a variety of unexpected circumstances. We will make every effort to keep you informed and discuss revised delivery timescales. We cannot investigate any claims for non-delivery until 14 days from the date of despatch.

Our acceptance of your order will take place upon despatch of the item(s) ordered. We reserve the right to cancel any order up to this time and refund any monies paid.

 

 

If an item is faulty or different from the one you ordered please advise us by email..

 

We will then request that you post the goods back to us using the Royal Mail’s registered signed for service. We shall reimburse the cost of this. Once we have received the goods we will despatch a replacement or issue a refund, whichever is requested.

 

In the case that the incorrect product was despatched as part of your order this product must be returned unused, in a saleable condition, in its original packaging with all labels etc still attached.

As soon as you realise that you need to change your order please contact us. If you amend your order, you may find there are changes to your delivery timescale and/or the price you pay for the item.

If you wish to cancel your order you must do so within 7 days of delivery. Lanson Running reserve the right to recover the costs of delivery and will net this off against any refund applicable. All items must be sent back at your own expense or with a collection charge and must be in a reasonable, saleable condition.

 

Refunds will not be processed until we have received the items so we strongly recommend a signed for delivery option as we will not be responsible for goods lost in the post.

If you change your order you must do so within 7 days of delivery and Lanson Running reserve the right to recover the costs of each subsequent delivery following despatch of the original item. All items returned must be in a reasonable, saleable condition, and must be sent back at your own expense or with a collection charge. We strongly recommend a signed for delivery option as we will not be responsible for goods lost in the post. Items that have been changed will not be despatched until payment for delivery and collection (where applicable) has been made.

 

This does not affect your statutory rights. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on underwear where there is evidence the garment has been tried on.

If any provisions of these disclaimers and exclusions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
