The Newton MV2 Speed Racer is the most lightweight and efficient running shoe Newton have ever designed. They have updated their innovative Action / Reaction technology into a second generation especially designed for running on harder surfaces - ideal for racing.
The MV2 is a zero-drop running shoe which means there is no heel lift at all. This helps you sense the ground quicker and increases your running cadence - the ground connection time is reduced. The Newton lugs still offer that extra forefoot bounce without the extra cushioning required in a racing shoe.

The shoe is designed with a 'race' fit that fits snug and closer than your normal training shoe. If you are already enjoying another Newton running shoe such as the Motion, Gravity or Isaac then you may prefer to choose a half size bigger. If you want a racing fit then choose the same size as before. The enhanced racing fit helps increase that sense of touch and proprioception. |
