This is an awesome GPS sports watch - the Garmin Forerunner 410 including a Premium Heart Rate Monitor chest strap. This is the perfect training partner for all runners but can also cover all your cycling training requirements too, in all weather.
The updated 405 touch bezel allows for easy, quick and 'on the move' access to the features and settings. The watch will be tracking location, elevation, speed/pace, distance and time. Plus it will then wireless transfer all your workout data to your PC or Mac with the USB stick.
The wireless data transfer also allows you to download data, courses, workouts and goals to the watch from either Garmin Connect (the web based Garmin training application) or indeed from other 410s or from a Garmin Forerunner 405 too.
The training features include Virtual Partner, zone based heart rate training and all the usual sophisticated and standard options you would expect on the ultimate training device. The Firstbeat technology will also provide accurate calorie consumption when training with the chest strap.
The Garmin 410 comes with 2 additional fabric straps to fit all wrist sizes and has a batter life of up to 8 hours when training or some 2 weeks in Power Save mode. It is water resistant for rain, splashes and day to day use and will be your ideal training partner come rain or shine.
