The new Garmin Forerunner 110 is a GPS Enabled sports watch designed for runners that will accurately track your time, pace and distance covered. It can also provide heart rate based calorie consumption when paired with a heart a rate monitor, sold separately.
Note that this unit is also available in different colours, bundled with a heart rate monitor. You can buy a men's Forerunner 110 in Black / Red or choose a Grey / Pink women's version too.

The advantage of the new Forerunner 110 is that no setup is required and it is very easy to use. The GPS receiver operates with HotFix to speed up the time taken to find and hold a signal. Plus with up to 7 hours of battery life when training and 2 weeks of normal use, this is a truly versatile running watch. |

Note that the new Forerunner is also water resistant up to 1m and can still track your GPS position. The watch is also compatible with with PC / Mac and connects with Garmin Connect for a complete training solution.
