The new Garmin Footpod is the new, updated and much smaller footpod that offers speed and distance calculations to the Forerunner series of Garmin watches.

The footpod is often bundled together with the FR60 but can be used with any other version of the FR60 if you wanted to upgrade from a HRM to having the extra pace, speed and distance options too.

Plus the new footpod also fits neartly into the Nike + pouches for convenient storage - that's how small this new unit is. The compatible wireless technology also means the footpod can be used as an accessory to the GPS watches such as the Forerunner 310XT and the 405.
