The Oregon Scientfic SE300 Heart Rate Monitor with Speed and Distance is a running watch that allows you to accurately measure both heart rate and speed / distance using the unique technology built into the chest strap.

With lots of great features such as vibrating alerts for high / low levels plus target distance travelled. It also allows you to customise a workout to your own body specifics with data such as age, sex and weight.

The Oregon Scientific SE300 can also be used for cycling and comes with a bike mount as well as a storage pouch. The chest strap is adjustable and has a continuous wireless digital transmission to the watch.
