What if an item is faulty or different to the one I ordered?
If an item is faulty or different from the one you ordered please advise us by
email.
We will then request that you post the goods back to us using the Royal Mail’s registered signed for service. We shall reimburse the cost of this. Once we have received the goods we will despatch a replacement or issue a refund, whichever is requested.
In the case that the incorrect product was despatched as part of your order this product must be returned unused, in a saleable condition, in its original packaging with all labels etc still attached.
What is your returns policy?
If you wish to return any item purchased through our website you should send us an
email to tell us of the problem
before sending the item(s) back.
Once we have acknowledged your intent to do so you should post the item(s) back to our
registered office address. We recommend that you use a signed for delivery option as we can not be held responsible for items lost during delivery back to us.
Once we have received the item(s) and are satisfied with their condition we shall refund the card you used to make the purchase. If you have requested to exchange the item we will then raise an order for the new item.
NB: Returned items must be unused, in a saleable condition, in their original packaging with all labels etc still attached.
Is delivery really free on most UK orders?
We offer free delivery in 1-2 days on the majority of orders.
However, we do not deliver outside of the UK mainland for free and orders for these geographic regions must be placed over the phone or via email.
There are also some products that we cannot deliver for free because of their weight. The good news is these are few and far between and mainly only the energy products when bought in small quantities.
How quickly will my order arrive?
If you order before 3pm then we will aim to process your order on the same day. After 3pm and we may not process it until the following working day. Once an item is processed it will be despatched soon after using either Royal Mail first class post or a next day courier service.
This means that most orders placed before 3pm will arrive with you the following working day. Orders placed after 3pm may still arrive the following day but assume they will arrive 2 working days following the day of ordering.
NB: Orders placed on a weekend cannot be despatched until Monday at the earliest.
In some instances we will not have the item in stock. It is estimated that in this situation delivery may be delayed by 1-2 working days but we will endeavour to provide a more accurate estimation at the time.
