Christmas Returns

Firstly note that we are offer an extended returns period until the 6th January 2012 to notify us if you or your recipient would like to send something back. If you are outside of the normal refunds period of 7 days then you can exchange your order for anything else or receive a credit note.

FREE and Secure UK Delivery

All orders for delivery within the UK will be FREE delivery. Most orders over £60 within the UK will be sent using Royal Mail Tracked next day delivery service. All other orders within the UK will be sent using Royal Mail First Class, also a next day delivery service. We may choose to use another tracked / secure delivery service at our discretion.

Orders are processed on the same day until 3pm and most items will be in stock and you will receive them the next day. All products have an accurate time frame for delivery on the product detail page where you can find the best and worst case scenario for delivery.

Cheap and Secure International Delivery

For most countries with a good local postal service (Scandinavia, Western Europe, US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand etc.) the delivery charge will be just £15. This will be a tracked and / or signed for service.

Typical delivery times will be around 5 working days longer than the time quoted on the product pages. This will vary and can be just 1-2 days in Europe but maybe longer for other countries.

If your order is greater than £250 then it will sent via UPS courier for a faster and more secure delivery service. This can be arranged for any order if you just let us know.

Next Day Delivery and Faster Delivery Available Until 4pm

Many items are available for next day delivery within the UK even after our cut off of 3pm. Please call our running specialists on  +44 (0)20 8943 4094 to check this service is available and to place your order. You may also choose to get your order delivered before 1pm for a small premium of £5.

FREE Returns and Exchange Policy

We have a FREEPOST returns address for our UK customers and we invite you to take 7 days from receipt of your order to decide if you wish to keep it (although the item must not be used during this time and you must keep the product packaging and labels).

If you would like to send something back you can exchange your order for FREE. If you just need to change a size, colour or style then we will send the replacement product to you for FREE. Or you can opt for a full refund which will be processed on the same day as the return.

International Returns

We are unable to offer a free returns or exchange service for our international customers but we can help you exchange something very quickly. If you need to return something for a refund then we will be able to refund the product value in full on receipt of the returned goods.
