Delivery and Returns
Fast-Paced UK Delivery
We always offer fast-paced delivery, that’s standard with LansonRunning.com for all products. That means we will process and send out most orders on the same day and process all orders for delivery within 1-3 days. If your order is delayed for any reason we will always let you know.
Delivery is FREE for baskets worh £75+ and just £3.50 for smaller orders although you may choose an alternative, more expensive delivery service during checkout.
Unlimited Returns & Free Exchange
If you don’t get chance to use your new running kit for whatever reason, or it just doesn’t fit or feel right, then you do not need to worry. If you send it back within 1 month we can offer you a refund or exchange, at your discretion. After that we offer an unlimited returns period for unused products.
That’s right – we will accept anything back, at any time, for an exchange or store credit (value being the lower of the current selling price or the price you paid). The only caveat is that if we don’t stock the item any longer the selling price is deemed to be zero. Please check our for full details.
Guaranteed Delivery
We guarantee there is no risk to our customers of non-delivery of orders, of items getting ‘lost in the post’. This applies whether you live in the UK or overseas. If your delivery does not arrive within 7 days (14 days for international orders) we will send you a claim form. On receipt of this signed claim form we will issue a replacement order, or process a refund.
International Delivery
Orders for delivery to places outside of the UK will also be processed quickly.
The delivery charge to most places inside Europe is around £10. We charge more than this to places with an unreliable local postal service to ensure your order gets there quickly and securely. The service we use is the fastest we can afford and will usually take about 3-5 days.
