It is easy to find and just 5 minutes from Kingston town centre (cross the bridge by John  Lewis and turn right at the mini roundabout). There is good public transport and street parking outside the shop and in many of the local access roads. We are easily accessible specialist shop whether coming from Middlesex, Surrey, Richmond or from within central London.

 

In-store we offer a FREE Physio Endorsed Fitting Service (commonly known as a 'gait analysis') which is way to help runners find a pair of running shoes that will optimise comfort and performance whilst reducing the risk of injury. The service comprises the following different components::

• A Running Background and Future Checklist
• A Physical Assessment (Shape and Posture)
• Strength and Flexibility Tests
• Shoe Selection and Testing.

Plus we stock a complete range of shoes that provides the perfect balance of price, style and and type. You will always find a shoe that you like and if you don't we guarantee to find one that you do.

NB: The Physio Endorsed Fiting Service is only free when buying a pair of running shoes or else chargeable at £15. Online prices for running shoes are generally 10% cheaper than in-store to reflect the cost of providing an in-store service including but not just exclusively the fitting service. We are happy to honour the web price (before any exclusive online special offers) for in-store sales, but only if you do not wish to be tested and know what size / style you are looking for.

Based on prior experience, our service for helping customers choose the right shoes pretty much guarantees that customers are totally satisfied and returns are highly unlikely. However, on the rare occasion when a customer does want to return a pair of shoes, we guarantee to do everything we can do make this an easy process. And although we cannot exchange or refund shoes that show any signs of wear, we do commit to making the shoes feel comfortable and the customer happy.

If the shoes are still new and in their original packaging then we can exchange them for another size or model. We do not offer a refund policy because our customers always come to us wanting / needing a pair of running shoes so we would rather help them find the right shoes then send them away disappointed. This also applies to everything else we sell such as running clothes and accessories where we will only offer store credit or an exchange for any returned products.
