In the UK:

• Weekday orders placed before 3pm will be processed on the same day.
• Fast-paced delivery within 1-3 days for all orders.
• Completely free delivery for baskets worth £75 or more.
• A small order processing charge of £3.50 will apply for baskets less than that.
• Replacement orders dealt with after 7 days should there be a problem.

International Delivery:

• Delivery within Europe will cost around £10 and is fast, secure and reliable.
• All charges are visible after adding products to the basket and before checkout.

From Within the UK:

• Returns are always free using the Freepost returns address.
• There is an unlimited returns period for exchange or credit.
• If you want something refunded then send it back within a month.
• The first exchange is free and then £5 each time thereafter.

International Returns:

• Returns must be paid for by the sender but are still possible at any time.
• If you want something refunded then send it back within a month.
• The same delivery charge will apply for an exchange.
