Our concept store in London is a running shop serving the large community of runners in Kingston upon Thames and south west London. Our friendly staff will help cater for all your running needs and everything else too. The shop has been open since 2007 and most of our business now comes from repeat customers and recommendations.
We offer a fantastic Free Physio Endorsed Fitting Service, (sometimes referred to as a 'gait analysis') with the purchase of all running shoes and stock all the best brands and the newest models. The service is totally free with the purchase of shoes but there is a £15 charge if you decide not to make a purchase - but everyone does!

You really don't need to be a good runner or any type of runner to enjoy shopping at Lanson Running. We can help anyone find some really comfortable trainers for casual wear, going to the gym or for work. However, if you happen to be running 5mins, 5k or perhaps even the marathon then you can take advantage of our years of experience and highly rated service.

We have a unique 7 Point Customer Guarantee of customer satisfaction. This is is our way of reassuring you that you will get great service, products and prices. We also offer an amazing 'Run Better' guarantee.
If you visit the shop and accept the Free Physio Endorsed Fitting Service you will automatically benefit from our guarantee. This means that from the day of purchase you have 30 days to test your shoes and make sure they are right in every way. If you are not totally convinced that your new shoes are right then bring them back! We will work with you to find a solution and can offer you a refund or an exchange.
The small print is that you must have had the fitting service and can only make a claim once. A £15 admin fee will apply for all refunds or exchanges but this a small price to pay for complete satisfaction. A fair wear and tear assessment will also be made because the guarantee is intended for genuine customers and not those who have knocked out 100 miles and then decided that the shoes are not right!
