The SiS PSP22 Energy Drink provides complex carbohydrate energy fuel. It is designed to be used during training but it is also a very good way of carbo loading prior to events and it can also be used as a recovery drink. PSP22 is simple to prepare, simply mix it with water and away you go! 

Note that the Original flavour is neutral and can be mixed with other drinks or used to sprinkle over food e.g. cereal without affecting the other flavours. This includes mixing with other SiS products such as the GO Electrolyte.
